Nicolas Bouchard Counselling Services is happy to provide clients with a hassle-free direct billing process to their insurance providers.
We are approved to bill most insurance providers directly. However, please note that some providers may require that you pay a deductible and/or a co-pay of a small amount for each sessions. Reaching out to your insurance provider is the only way to know wether you will be covered and how much you are eligible for.

ICBC Claims
We are currently able to provide therapy through the ICBC recovery program. Patients with ICBC claim numbers are eligible for coverage of 12 counselling sessions, all of which must be completed within 12 weeks* from the date of their accident. In order to facilitate that for you, please provide us with your name & last name, claim number, date of MVA, DOB, PHN & adjuster’s name. We will then be able to take care of everything for you!
*If the 12 weeks have passed you may need to submit a Doctor’s note to your ICBC adjuster in order to be approved for an extension.
FNHA – First Nation Health Authorities
We are honoured to be part of the First Nation Health Authorities trained and authorized practitioners. If you have a status number, you are eligible for free counselling under the FNHA Mental Health Program. Please reach out to us with your Name and Status number. Approvals usually require a day or two to process.
CVAP -Crime Victim Assistance Program
